These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between JKBOTE and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service ("Subscriber" or "you").

By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. JKBOTE may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that JKBOTE believes is harmful to its functionality, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party. JKBOTE may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address terms and conditions webpage. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.
2. Legal Notice
This website (the Site) is operated by JKBOTE's in-house Developers(under the acronym, IT Team, JKBOTE). This Legal Notice (the Legal Notice) governs your use of the Site. By using the Site, you accept this Legal Notice. IT Team JKBOTE may change the terms of this Legal Notice at any time and such changes will take immediate effect. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting incorrect information. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
If the card supplier declines payment, we under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
In no event will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund / Cancellation policy
If the payment is not successful, the amount will be reverted back to the customer's account within 10-15 working days time. Online application once approved, the fund cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
